Bob Marra, President
Bob Marra is the CEO of Marra Enterprises, Inc. which owns and operates Wheeler's - a market intelligence company; Marra Consulting - a marketing and public relations firm, and The Public Record - a weekly business and public affairs newspaper. He has an extensive background in the Coachella Valley business community, especially in the areas of economic development, real estate development and public affairs.
Prior to establishing his own companies, Bob served in executive positions for high profile desert organizations including Maryanov Madsen Gordon & Campbell; Verizon and Desert Healthcare District since moving to the region in 1993. As the owner of Wheeler's Bob analyzes the Coachella Valley regional economy and publishes a variety of newsletters, special reports and market studies for land owners, developers, municipalities and many other public and privately held businesses in numerous industries. In addition to its local clients, Wheeler's has subscribers and clients in 12 states throughout the United States and in Canada.
As a marketing and public relations consultant, Bob has helped major regional and statewide law firms, medical practices, CPA firms and developers define their brands and develop and implement creative marketing plans that have enhanced the value of their companies and greatly increased their scope of business and revenues.
Mr. Marra is the publisher of The Public Record newspaper, which is the desert's business and public affairs newspaper, focused exclusively on the Coachella Valley. Each week the paper delivers its readers the most important news and issues of business, government, and the community. The subscribers of The Public Record include many of the Coachella Valley's business, legal, and governmental leaders - the region's most influential year-round residents.
Since relocating to the Coachella Valley in 1993, Bob has been a founder and active volunteer for several high-profile organizations. Some of his affiliations have included:

Bob earned a Bachelor of Science degree with honors in business administration with concentrations in marketing and finance from University of Delaware.
Eric Harmon - Research Specialist
Eric provides research services to Wheeler’s with a special emphasis on the pipeline of residential and commercial real estate projects throughout the Coachella Valley.
A southern California native, he received an AA degree from Cypress College, a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and certificate of Business Finance from Stanford University. Eric comes to Wheeler’s with 30 years experience in outside plant construction and engineering with Pacific Bell, including his last seven at the corporate headquarters in San Ramon, California where he was nationally recognized in several fields within telecommunications. He served as a supervising manager for his parent company, SBC Communications (now AT&T) and as a corporate director over a staff of subject matter experts for engineering and design, planning, right-of-way, cell site tariff and design and for the introduction and prioritization of new outside plant network technologies; all a part of building the communication infrastructure for new communities throughout California and Nevada and advisor in 10 other states.
A year-round desert resident, Harmon lives in Indio with his wife. He has received licenses in real estate and contracting and has been involved in several community and charitable events. He is a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars, Indio Chamber of Commerce, and the California Desert Association of Realtors.
